If the products of the production units are placed in the mandatory standard group, obtaining the permit for the use of the standard mark is mandatory, and if the production units are placed in the incentive standard group, obtaining the permit for the use of the standard mark is optional.

How long is the validity date of the license to use the mandatory standard mark?

The validity date of the license to use the mandatory standard mark is 3 years.

How to report about non-standard goods?

People’s reports can be registered and tracked in two ways on the website of Iran’s National Standards Organization.

First, on the main page of the system, after selecting the option of registering a public report, the user must register the information and at the end, the tracking code will be assigned to him to track the result.

Secondly, the user can enter the main portal of the National Standards Organization and select the option of public reporting of domestically produced goods from the menu of electronic services and information from databases.

In what way can objection be made to the test results of production units?

After the notification of the test results to the production units by the general administrations, the ability to protest the test result within 5 days is activated for the production units.

How to inquire about the status of the license number of the standard mark

It is possible in two ways.

First, through the link http://isom.inso.gov.ir/parvaneh/, it is possible to inquire about the license for the use of the standard mark. The second is a free SMS inquiry by sending the 10-digit license number to 10001517.

Is tracking code issued for production units in the system of the National Standard Organization?

Yes. To issue a tracking code, the user must select the option of production units from the first page of the system and select the option of requesting the registration of production units to receive the tracking code and register the information.

Is it possible to register a reissuance request for a revoked license?

Yes. In Iran’s national standard system, it is possible for production units to apply again for revocation of the revoked license in the folder they have.
