ISO standard

ISO certificate

ISO certification is a statement for the stakeholders, employees and senior management of an organization with the concept that your business is working towards achieving the goals of your company with a specific framework. These goals include customer satisfaction, production improvement or environmental goals, etc. In organizations, it is very difficult to obtain ISO certification alone without the support of a group of expert consultants

Many public and private sector tenders use ISO certification as a prerequisite to move to the next stage or as a filter to remove companies from the bidding process. By achieving the ISO certification that your customers care about, you ensure that you are on a competitive level with your potential competitors and improve your chances of successfully winning the tender.

ISO certification confirms that a management system, production process, service or documentation procedure meets all the requirements of standardization and quality assurance. ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an independent, non-governmental and international organization that creates the necessary standards to ensure the quality, safety and efficiency of products, services and systems.

ISO certifications exist in many areas of industry, from energy management and social responsibility to medical devices and energy management. ISO standards are in place to ensure consistency. Each certificate has separate standards and criteria and is classified numerically.

Cost of ISO certificate

The cost of ISO certification depends on the size of an organization and the number of personnel and the level of performance of the company in terms of processes and procedures. Some preferential fees are also available if you decide to run more than one standard at the same time. Modirfa is a fixed cost organization, which means that when we and you meet in a meeting and discuss your requirements with Modirfa’s group of consultants, we will send you an official fee proposal. Madirfa will not receive any additional amount than what was specified, so you will be informed of your expenses and the payment method from the beginning.

After our proposals and the number of variables that can affect the cost of their implementation have been approved, at this point we tend to meet with our potential clients to get to know them a little better before setting a cost.

Duration of obtaining ISO certification

We aim for a delivery period of 6-8 weeks, but again this can vary by organisation. We never delay the process, but we understand that problems may occur that mean you need a little delay, which will be possible with the organization’s consultants. But for those who are looking to get the certificate as soon as possible, we will try to get the desired certificate within the specified time frames.

ISO certification

The ethical principles of Madirfa Group of Consultants are based on maintaining the work process for you business owners and your stakeholders as much as possible. We conduct an initial assessment of the company to see where the company is currently in relation to the implementation of the chosen ISO system. Therefore, we make a series of recommendations to adapt to what needs to be implemented (we do not change any basic procedures unless absolutely necessary).

Then the director of FAA will recommend and prepare a plan for the implementation of the standard requirements and will be with your organization in its implementation (which will be completed within the next 6 to 12 months).

After the implementation of the standard, an external audit will take place, and after successfully passing the audit, you will be able to obtain a standard certificate. These systems are focused on continuous improvement, so if you want to collaborate again after certification, we will regularly visit your organization to ensure that you are on the path to continuous improvement by implementing the recommendations and during the year for certification. You are ready again.

Procedures for obtaining certification in the organization

Before certification, you must first develop and document your manufacturing processes, implementing the correct procedures to ensure you can maintain your quality standards.

Advantages of ISO certification

Responsive to customer needs

Meeting customer needs is one of the advantages of ISO. Customers are demanding to do business with a company that has ISO certification and are usually loyal to such organizations. With ISO certification, businesses not only enjoy short-term benefits, but also increase marketing in the long-term. With ISO certification, a company can embrace quality through continuous improvement. Notably, one of the main goals of quality management systems is customer satisfaction.

More customers, more income

When a business has ISO certification, they can promote their quality certification and also respond to the requests and needs of companies. Because ISO provides the necessary certifications and standards that are globally accepted, businesses have the opportunity to exploit new market opportunities that they could not work with before ISO certification.

Improvement of company and product quality

A quality management system (QMS) requires quality standards. This certificate increases quality standards in every process and every product. Quality can be implemented according to the set requirements. Therefore, a well-developed and efficient ISO quality management system will put your business on the path to quality improvement.

Increase customer satisfaction

ISO certification ensures that what you produce meets the customer’s expectations. You will not only meet the specified requirements, but also many of the implicit needs of the customer. ISO certification is aimed at reducing consumer complaints and doing more to resolve complaints. An ISO certified business benefits from an efficient quality management system and in itself can increase what customers expect and deliver, increasing overall customer satisfaction.

Development of professional culture

Businesses that are able to effectively obtain ISO certification are able to empower their employees. ISO certifications provide your employees with clear and concise instructions on job descriptions and quality objectives. These tools serve as work instructions and procedures as well as quick and actionable feedback on employee performance and processing metrics.

ISO standards are created to facilitate the process of obtaining quality and consistent products. This is done through quality management systems for all types of organizations with the aim of monitoring the progress of a service or product as it passes through each stage of production.

Increasing credibility and recognition

ISO certification is issued by the International Organization for Standardization and is accepted worldwide. Therefore, having an ISO certificate increases the value of your company against competitors and also increases your status among customers.

Improve consistency

ISO certification helps you increase the control of your work processes and the more you control your business, the greater your consistency. Increased consistency means your customers receive the same service or products every time they do business with you.
