Design to achieve Six Sigma

But what is DMADV?

Define : This phase, which is called definition, tries to create the same motivational needs for the customer or to identify the process that is needed in the organization to reach the output to the Six Sigma level.

Measure : In the measurement phase of this approach, the goal is not to know the current state of the organization, but to measure the needs of customers and convert them into functional concepts in our organization.

Analyze : In the analysis phase, using techniques such as TRIZ principles, breaking down the assumptions and analyzing the data collected in the previous phase, the needs of the customer and the process are understood and planning is done to satisfy the needs.

Design : Based on the outputs of the previous phase and taking into account the planning, a process should be designed to satisfy the customer's needs and the organization's processes, and the design should be implemented.

Verify : In the validation department, we are trying to validate the designs by conducting rigorous tests and tests.
