Conditions for recruitment of trainees
At Noor Consulting Engineers Group, we are planning to implement a new round of intern recruitment. Accepting an intern in Noor Consulting Engineers Group means working in the Modirfa Management Consultants Company in order to accompany in the implementation projects of all kinds of industrial engineering and management systems in various factories and companies. Our activity is concentrated in the head office in Tehran and teams are sent to different cities for projects.
Also, it is only possible to do internship in person and full time every day of the week, but if you are a student, the time of classes and exams will be completed with prior coordination, and this is our honor.
In addition, the free use of the training courses of the Engineering House for the training and learning of trainees is part of the path of activity in Noor Consulting Engineers Group.
After the interview and review of the conditions, a 2-year contract is concluded with the person. This issue is due to the feeling of greater security for us and the respected applicant. In these two years, whenever the individual’s learning has reached the appropriate amount to implement part of the systems in the projects, the contract will be changed from internship to work. (This time will vary according to the individual’s growth and activity.) The first two years of the contract can be continuously extended.
